EDWARD J. "TED" McNAMARA age 88; beloved husband of the late Louise V. (nee Fackelmann); father of Edward "Butch" (Karen), Michael (Debbie) and Joseph (Cheryl); proud grandfather of Michael, Matthew, Joshua, Ryan, Sean, Patrick, Joey, Corey, Kylie and Colleen; great grandfather of Sloane, Beckett, Isla, Monroe and Delilah; brother of John D. "Jack" (Nancy)(both deceased) and Hugh J. (Kathy); dear friend and beloved companion of Mary O'Grady; uncle and great uncle and friend of many. Ted was a retired supervisor for the U.S.P.S. and a U.S. Army veteran- Korea. Passed away August 16, 2020. Funeral Mass Thursday, August 20, St. Angela Merici Church (20970 Lorain Rd., Fairvew Park) at 10 A.M. (facemasks required). Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DRIVE AT PURITAS WEDNESDAY 4-7 P.M. where social distancing will be observed and facemasks required. JOHN McNAMARA 80, passed away March 7, 2013. John was a lifelong Union Electrician. He was active in his community as well as his church. In addition to his wife and family, he enjoyed attending various sporting events of his grandchildren. Nancy McNamara (nee O'Malley), 80, passed away December 14, 2013. Beloved wife of the late John. Devoted mother of Sharon McNamara (Sam Moynihan), Patrick McNamara, Gerry McNamara, Coleen Wunderle (Dean), Eileen Varnish (Greg) and Sheila Salisbury (Scott) and the late Terrence McNamara (Jane). Grandmother of 24. Great-grandmother of four. Beloved wife, devoted mother, much loved daughter, cherished sister, aunt and compassionate nurse. VISITATION THURSDAY 6-8 P.M. Terrence Patrick McNamara, age 59, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in Cleveland. He was born September 13, 1954 in Cleveland to John and Nancy (O'Malley) McNamara. Terry owned and retired from McNamara Associates, an industrial rep company. Terry was an avid reader and golfer and, above all else, enjoyed his grandchildren.
He was the beloved husband of Jane (Shuerger); loving father of Patrick (Amy) McNamara, John (Lauren) McNamara and Colleen McNamara; devoted grandfather of Colin, Sam and Charlotte; dear brother of Sharon (Sam) Moynihan, Patrick McNamara, Gerry Neely, Coleen (Dean) Wunderle, Eileen (Greg) Varnish, and Sheila (Scott) Salisbury. Terry is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, October 17, 10:30 a.m., at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 606 E. Washington St., Medina. Fr. Thomas Stock will officiate. A luncheon will be held immediately following Mass.
