Anne Marie also served as a volunteer instructor for the Parish School of Religion at St. Mark Catholic Church, Cleveland, where she and Bill were founding members. In addition to William, Anne Marie was preceded in death by her sons, Rev. Paul F. Smith, William J. Smith, Jr. and John Robert Smith, and her three brothers, William Scharf, Rev.
