On Nov. 28, 2018 Heaven gained a precious Angel. Rose Rigard, 69, of Brockway died peacefully in her home after a lifelong journey of health obstacles. She remained a pillar of strength and always strived to live life with faith, grace, love and endurance. She spread light, love and laughter to all.

Rose was born on May 25, 1949 in St. Marys, the daughter of James and Freda (Silvis) Fox. She was married to the love of her life, John A. Rigard, and he preceded her in death on April 24, 2003, as did her longtime companion, the late Joseph S. Federici.

She is survived by her two children, Tina (John) Armstrong of Brookville and James Rigard of Brockway. Her precious granddaughters Kassandra (Jonathan) Loudon of DuBois. and Alyssa Rigard of Brockway. Her grandsons Tyler and Zachary Rigard, and her beloved great grandchildren, Benjamin, Charlotte and Addison Loudon.
